We have a range of refurbished used Toyota 2TD20 and 2TD25 tractors (Tow Tugs) in stock, and prepare them to suit customer needs. Units can be provided for sale, or long-term hire, as per customer requirements.

Prior to leaving the Eureka depot, these second-hand units are disassembled, lifted to full head height, and fully inspected and washed. The brakes (and brake shoes) are disassembled and inspected, with faulty parts removed and replaced. Providing full services for our tractors Each towing tug receives a full mechanical service at this stage.

The engine and transmission is serviced and tuned. The front-end is disassembled. All bearings are regreased, repacked and reset. If there is excessive wear or any fault with the bearings, they are replaced.

We stock a variety new, recycled, and refurbished mechanical and cosmetic parts to suit Toyota TD20 or TD25 Towing Tugs, and make replacements as necessary. (We also sell these parts individually upon request). The rear suspension is then disassembled, and new shackles, pins, and Noalathane bushes are installed.

Following the full mechanical overhaul, our tow tractors are given a new life with a cosmetic makeover. Each unit is repainted in two-pack (2K) 'Stark White' and fitted with new stickers. Custom paint and sticker services (to match your fleet's livery) can be applied prior to leaving our workshop.

Two new seats are installed, along with two new side mirrors. The entire lighting system is serviced and upgraded as necessary, and a new cranking battery is installed. Finally, the tow tug is delivered to customer with an Operator's Manual, and Daily Operation Checklist.
