Eureka Forklifts stores information in different ways, including in paper and electronic form. We regularly destroy personal information we no longer need. Specifically, personal information held for marketing and product servicing purposes is stored in a secure mainframe environment and protected from unauthorised external and internal access by a series of advanced firewalls and password security measures. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Records are kept for 10 years and then incinerated.
